Once you have booked a service with Meet & Greet Heathrow, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a summary of your order. When the date of the booking is near, one of our representatives will get in touch with you to confirm your travel status and special requests.

Whether you are arriving, taking off, or travelling through the airport, you can employ our services for a trouble-free experience getting in and out of the airport. We pre-check your documents to make sure no unforeseen issues will occur, and manage/carry your luggage for you. Since airport processes can be confusing, our professional agents will guide you through each step and get your processes expedited at every counter, saving you time.

With VIP Heathrow Meet and Greet services, you no longer have to arrive 3 or more hours before your international flight.

To book our services in advance, simply fill out the respective forms for Arrival, Departure, or Transit flights, which will include your date and time of travel, including other information. We will then reach out to you and make a customized plan that fits your needs and requirements.

Airport terminals are large buildings from where the passengers board a flight or get off from it. The Heathrow terminal has 4 operational terminals, ranging from 2 to 5. Terminal 1 is no longer in operation and has made way for the expansion of Terminal 2.

Leaving your car behind whilst traveling can be nerve-racking. Hand the car keys over to trusted services that will safeguard your car through regular monitoring and patrols. You may hand over the car keys to the Short Stay car park and walk right in, while the service provider will take care of the rest.

They ensure you find the best parking spot and perform regular security checks while you are away travelling. The car’s battery will also be kept charged so you can ride off as soon as you return to the Short Stay car park, where the valet will drop off the car without you waiting.

At the moment, VIP Meet and Greet Heathrow does not offer vehicle parking services. However, we do offer chauffeur services that can pick or drop you off at home or any destination of your choosing.

While congested, the Heathrow airport parking area ensures complete security for your vehicles. With minimal blind spots for CCTV surveillance and parameter fencing, you can leave your vehicle in trusted hands. It also has 24-hour patrols to monitor the parking activity.
