Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VIP Meet & Greet Heathrow. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Access to Lounges

  • Access to lounges is NOT included in the prices.

2. Service Duration and Additional Charges

  • All services are limited to 3 hours.
  • Additional hours will be charged separately. 

3. Children's Services

  • Services are free for children under 3 years.

4. Late Booking Fees

  • Bookings made less than 24 hours before the service time are subject to late booking fee.

5. Amendment Fees

  • Bookings amended less than 24 hours before the service time are subject to a 50% last-minute fee.
  • Bookings amended less than 12 hours before the service time are subject to a 100% last-minute fee.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or a no-show are non-refundable and will still be charged.
  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund.

7. Price Changes

  • Prices may be changed at any time without further notice.
  • We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time without further notice.

8. Refund Requests

  • A 10% admin fee will be deducted from the total amount for all refund requests.

9. Electric Buggy Service

  • The electric buggy is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.
  • Please note that there is currently no buggy service available for LHR Terminal 5.

10. Transit Service Charges

  • For transit services, if the time between the selected landing flight and the selected departure flight is more than 3 hours, you will be charged at £60 per hour. This price is exclusive of the total price below.

11. Fast Track (LHR)

  • Fast track services at London Heathrow Airport are available exclusively for First and Business Class passengers, where applicable.
